Cobbleview Loans, a small-business funding broker in Frederick, Maryland, takes requests through a short form: full name, phone, email, business name, three range picks and consent. After it arrives, we call to learn the purpose, suggest a funding structure and introduce the request to lending partners, who decide and set all terms.
After the form reaches MD-355
- We call you, usually by phone, to ask what the money is for.
- We suggest one or two funding structures and list the records partners tend to want.
- With your agreement, we introduce the request to suitable partners.
- A partner reviews it and decides; you choose whether to accept any offer.
More on each stage: the four steps.
What sending the form does not do
It does not check your credit, commit you to anything or go to a lender by itself. A partner may check credit later, with your agreement, as part of its own review.
Consent and privacy
How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy and SMS terms linked in the footer, and our role in the broker disclosures.
Our role
Cobbleview Loans is a broker, not a lender.
